PromptPM has several modules that are required in a professionally managed project management environment.Choose

- PromptPM Basic: This option provides Project Setup, Resource Setup, Project Charter, Change Tracking, Risk tracking, Document management and Project Notification modules.
- Task & Issue Management: This option includes all modules from "PromptPM Basic" and includes Task Management, Issue Management, Assignment & Reporting modules
- Project Planning: This option includes all modules from "PromptPM Basic" and "Task & Issue Management". It also includes Project Planning, Task Sequencing, Project Budgeting, Expense tracking, Basic Microsoft Project integration, QA Strategy building and execution
- Material Management: This option can be obtained as a stand alone project or it can also be included Warehouse management, Material Management, Contractor Management, Purchase Order Management, Material Allocation from Warehouse, Receivables & Invoices section
The source code package
lets you do the following
- Provides a perpetual license: PromptPM has several modules that are required in a professionally managed project management environment and the source code for all those
modules would be provided with this one time license fee. You have an option to change the code your self or hire us to make the changes for you.
- Secured Environment: With PromptPM installed on your own servers you would not have to worry about the data or application security anymore.
