| This area of application lets you review
the open issues related to your clients. You can either setup individual
projects as your clients or you can also setup the entire department as your
client and all projects/users associated with that department will become your
client. Once a user takes the ownership of a department or a project then all
issues related to the department or the project are available to the user. |

| Take ownership of the Departments and Projects and
setup them as your clients:
|
Allows users to setup clients’ Departments and
Projects. Before you are allowed to client related issues, you have to send
request to department owner or project manager.
A department setup request can have the following data inputs:
Organization name.
Department name.
Issues status.
Number of overdue days.
Issue email notification.
A project setup request can have the following data inputs:
Organization name.
Project name.
Issues status.
Number of overdue days.
Issue email notification.

| Clients setup approval workflow: |
Allows project owner/department owner to approve or
reject the request. A request can update with the following status:
Approve
Deny |

| Client approval administrative screen: |
Allows to view the status of add department/project
requests. A request can have the following status:
Pending Approval: Request to add department/project has been
submitted to Department Owner/Project Manager.
Approved: Request to add department/project has been approved by the
Department Owner/Project Manager
Rejected: Request to add department/project has been rejected by the
Department Owner/Project Manager.

| Client Issues review screen: |
Allows users to view all issues related to the client
department or client Projects .
The list will display the open issues based on the following associations.
Projects setup as Client Projects.
All Projects associated with the department setup as Client Department
Issues created by users of the department setup as Client Department.

| Add on Features: |
Notification to Department Owner and Project Manager: Allows to send
an email to Department Owner/Project Manager as a department or project is
added. This email is generated by the system itself.
Date Calendar: Allows users to pick the date from a calendar control
instead of typing it on the screen.
Security: Ensures that user can view the department/project related
issues only after the approval of Department Owner/Project Manager.
Easy navigation: Allows navigation using Breadcrumb control (PL),
Control Tabs and Links.
