This area of Project Management deals with reporting of project activities such as tasks, issues, timesheet, etc. This module helps project managers, quality managers, resource managers and other functional managers to know the overall status of the activities. It allows users to view summary as well as detailed reports. Home page allows you to view all the reports and top navigation allows you to view reports from anywhere in the system. It gives you reports related to task, issues, timesheets, etc.

Task reports:
  • Summary Reports

    The following summary reports are available in the system and allow you to view the following information:
  • Resource Wise Task Summary Report:
  • Resource Name
  • Total number of Tasks
  • Total number of open Tasks
  • Total number of closed Tasks
  • Total numbers of on hold Tasks

  • Allow you to filter information according to project

  • Owner Name

  • Filters:Both Allows users to filter the tasks based on the following parameters. Views contain following filters to display data according to user’s suitability:
  • Project:Both views allows users to select the project name.
  • Created By:Both views allows users to select the owner of the task.
  • Assigned To:Both views allows users to select the team member of the task.
  • Order By:Both views allows users to sort data based on the different options such as Last updated date, Owner, etc.
  • Legends:Provides the description of all icons used on the screen.
  • priority:Allows users to select the priority.

    Allows you to view the user wise timesheet in a matrix format with the following information:
  • Activities performed
  • Description of work done
  • Weekly Hours spent on a activity
  • Status of timesheet
  • Total hours spent in a week

  • Week: Allows users to select the week.
  • user:Allows users to select the user for which you wish to view the timesheet.
