This area involves all aspects of team management and performance management.
It allows users to review tasks assigned to the team members in a calendar
format. It helps project manager, reporting manager in analyzing the
productivity of the team; maximizing performance of an individual, team or
organization.
Pictorial representation of Team Members’ work status: Provides Team Members’
work status in a calendar format. Allows users to determine the schedule of the
resources and find out allocation of resources.

Project Teams Task Calendar

1) Review resource wise, project wise, date wise total hours spent
Allows Managers to review project wise, date wise total hours spent. This
screen helps in reviewing the overall work status with an eye on the actual
time being spent in completing the tasks:
Activity Title.
Resource Name.
Actual Hours Spent on a activity.
Actual Hours spent on a project .
Actual Hours spent by resource on a project.
2) Review resource wise, project wise, task level details with an
eye on the dates when no task is assigned to the team.
Allows Project Managers to view activities detail and the time spent on each
activity.It gives a pictorial representation of the dates when no task is
assigned to the team. It lets managers determine the time spent on the task:
Activity Title.
Resource Name.
Actual Hours Spent on a activity.
Actual Hours spent on a project .
Actual Hours spent by resource on a project.
Status of each activity
Work percentage of activity
Actual Vs. planned days
Filters on both views
Allows filtering the information on following criteria:
Project.
Team Members/Reporting Members.

project and their corresponding activities by the resource. Provides drill down
access to the managers so that they can view the tasks assigned to the second
and subsequent level of the reporting tree.

Drill down capability to the second and subsequest levels.

place for associated team members.
